This fraudster bears no relation to any other company of a same or similar name and should not be confused. The above website graphics are stolen from the genuine Access USA (myus.com) website. The details below are intended to identify this criminal alone.

The World Wide Express Services (W.W.E.S.) scam is just one of many reshipping fraud scam websites, spamvertising the usual reshipping fraud job that will only get you a visit from the police and possibly a criminal record. It's yet another company claiming: "W.W.E.S. is the leader in package and mail forwarding. Serving our customers since 1997", yet the website domain wwes.us was only registered with OMNIS NETWORK, LLC on 26-Feb-2008 and they have no internet presence whatsoever. They also have other aliases as WES service, L.W.W.S/L.W.S. and VBV Logistic. using an identical site layout. Other related frauds are RLS Logistics and InterBuyers and The Shipping Company, LLC among many others. The website that they use is stolen from the genuine mail forwarding website Access USA, (myus.com), that much is self evident and undeniable evidence of criminality and fraud.

Evidence of Criminal Fraud:

i) Stolen website content - the theft of the Access USA website myusa.com cannot be denied - clear evidence of fraud.

ii) They claim on their website: "W.W.E.S. recently purchased a new 30,000 square foot facility to accommodate our rapid growth. W.W.E.S. services approximately 17,500 customers worldwide. The company currently processes over 23,000 inbound packages of merchandise each month.", yet they have no internet presence at all.

iii) They claim on their website "Company WWES was founded in 1998" but their website domain wwes.us was only registered on 26-Feb-2008. Clear evidence of fraud.

iv) They claim on their website: "The company WWES was founded in 1998. It is a branch of the UPS. From the 2003. year the WWES was a department of the UPS. But in 2007. the direction of the UPS made a decision to open the branch WWES of the UPS because the UPS had a lot of clients." (note the characteristic extra "the" that these criminals always insert and the poor English), but a Google search for "UPS" WWES shows that there is no link between UPS and the fake WWES.

v) The payload of this fake site is the usual "PART-TIME POSITION: W.W.E.S. Mail ACCOUNT MANAGER" which in this case is a standard re-shipping fraud position as follows:

• - The above address details are the details for the genuine Access USA (myus.com) - Clear evidence of fraud
• - A lookup on the telephone number returns the following information: "Exchange 507 is not valid or is not in regular use at this time, or may be a newly created exchange". It appears to be a fake number. Perhaps a US resident could try calling it and report back. Update - A site contact has tried the number and reports a message that the number is not in service.

viii) A Florida state business search for WWES Corp., World Wide Express Services and other variants of the name show that this company is not registered in Florida - it is a fake company. Clear evidence of fraud.

ix) No legitimate company would advertise for private citizens to do a part-time job working from home reshipping parcels overseas in this way - the only possible need for such a service is to 'launder' stolen goods obtained from credit card or auction fraud, which is exactly what the scam is all about.

The above evidence clearly demonstrates that the World Wide Express Services (W.W.E.S) website is a stolen fraudulent website set up with intent to recruit spam victims for illegal activity. If you are an abuse team that has received an abuse report regarding these fraudsters, please consider immediate termination of their services in view of the absolutely undeniable evidence of criminal fraud - please don't delay - these criminals will not respond to any communication from you, (their whois data is invariably false), but will simply take advantage of any attempt at communication as a delaying tactic to allow them time to carry on their criminal activity and prepare their next network.
