This fraudster should not be confused with any legitimate company of the same or similar name - the above website graphics and theluded money laundering job clearly identify the fake website and these criminal fraudsters.

World Estate Group This is just a standard scam website that has been set up to form a front for a money laundering mule job advertisement. The above home page content is stolen mainly from this Global Direct website and the rest of the site is a patchwork quilt of stolen content, e.g. the About Us page is partly stolen from here and so it goes on. The domain we-group.cn was only registered on 02-Apr-2009 for the usual criminal's domain one year period, they have no internet presence at all, the location/contact details are bogus and they are not a legally registered company in their supposed US state. The purpose of the site is purely to lend an air of legitimacy to the inevitable money mule job which is being heavily spamvertised, (sample spam below).

World Estate Group  : Evidence of Criminal Fraud

i) World Estate Group are displaying a website footer date of 2001, but the criminal's domain we-group.cn was only registered with 厦门华融盛世网络有限公司 - Xiamen Huarong Spirit Network Limited on 02-Apr-2009 for a period of one year. A clear indication of a fraudulent registration. It is hosted on the UNICOM (China United Telecommunications Corporation) IP 211.95.79.114, so that's a supposed Illinois based US company with a Chinese registrar and a Chinese host - I think not.

ii) A Google search shows absolutely no internet presence at all for this particular World Estate Group (apart from their own fraud website, of course). If they had indeed been in business since 2001 they would have a large presence. The fact that they do not is clear evidence of a fake company. There are also the usual examples of fraud site listings and links that go nowhere.

• - There are no Google hits for the address "80 East Front Street, Metropolis" and Google maps lists no businesses at that address.
• - That is because the USPS zipcode checker reports that no such address exists - it is a fake address.
• - There are no Google hits for the telephone number "+1 618 309-4457", (apart from their own fake website, of course). Notice it is  a common fax and telephone number.

iv) An Illinois state company registration websearch shows that there is no such company as "World Estate Group" registered in the state of IL. Clear verifiable evidence of a fake company - check for yourself.

vi) How The Scam Works
The first thing to understand is that there is no job at all - the scam is all in the line "To the successful applicants we offer a position on a 2 weeks trial basis. During this trial period you will be receiving training and online support while working and being paid.". This 'training' is common to most of these frauds and consists of accepting stolen funds into your bank account and transferring a balance back to these criminals via Western Union or Moneygram. This is the well known 'Money Laundering Mule Function'. The funds always eventually come back as fraudulent and at the end of two weeks you have more than outlived your usefulness - you are left thousands of dollars down, trying to explain to the bank and the police why you have been involved in criminal activity. Don't say you haven't been warned.

The above evidence clearly demonstrates beyond any doubt that the World Estate Group website is a fake company that has been set up by criminal fraudsters purely for the purpose of spamvertising an illegal money laundering 'mule' job. If you are an abuse team that has received an abuse report regarding these fraudsters, please consider immediate termination of their services in view of the absolutely undeniable evidence of criminal fraud - please don't delay - these criminals will not respond to any communication from you, (all their whois data is false), but will simply take advantage of any attempt at communication as a delaying tactic to allow them time to carry on their criminal activity and prepare their next network.
