This fraudster should not be confused with any other company that may have a similar name. The website graphics and the evidence below identify this criminal.

Western Cargo Logistics is a fairly standard reshipping fraud website that has been around for a while under the previous MIT/Yahoo registered domain of western-cargo.com but Yahoo have now disabled that, so its back up to it's usual tricks under the domain western-cargo-logistics.com, once again registered with Melbourne IT (Yahoo as reseller) and as per usual hosted on the Yahoo small business network. As is often the case with these thieves, its site content has been stolen from the genuine US registered logistics company Schumacher Cargo Logistics with a change of location details and the addition of a reshipping fraud job 'Careers' tab on the menu bar. They claim to have been in business since 2003 on the home page screenshot above, but their latest website domain western-cargo-logistics.com was only registered on 02-Sep-2008 i.e. today. Clear evidence of fraud.

Evidence of Criminal Fraud:

i) Despite their claim "Western Cargo Logistics has specialized in International Cargo Shipping since 2003", the criminal's website domain western-cargo-logistics.com was only registered with MELBOURNE IT, LTD (Yahoo as reseller) on 02-Sep-2008. Their previous domain of western-cargo.com has been disabled by Yahoo. Clear evidence of fraud.

2. To inform our manager on receipt of the mail.
3. To repack the delivered parcel into one box (if it's one customer's order) following the complete instructions of our manager. These instructions you can get in your private room at our web site (accessible after registration) and a copy in your e-mail.
4. To sent the packed box to our customer or our other regional office.

No reputable company is going to ask unknown members of the public with no qualifications to receive parcels at a private address for onward shipping. The only possible requirement for such a function is to launder stolen goods and that is exactly what this scam is all about. The above function is the well known and well documented role of a 'reshipping donkey' whose job is that of a 'fence', receiving high value goods bought by the criminals with stolen credit card details, (with the unfortunate reshipping donkey as the delivery address), and forwarding them on to these crooks, almost certainly in Eastern Europe. Don't do it unless you would like a criminal record. Clear evidence of fraud.

iii) Stolen website content. It is self evident that the criminals website is a stolen copy of the genuine logistics company website Schumacher Cargo Logistics. Clear, easily verifiable evidence of fraud.

iv) Look where they say that their 'Main Office' is:

• - 550 W. 135th Street Gardena, CA 90248 is sctually the address of Schumacher Cargo Logistics.
• - The 'Main Office' numbers in the screenshot do not tie up with their fake Russian numbers at the top of the page.
All clear evidence of fraud.

v) A Google search for "Western Cargo Logistics" shows that this particular company has no Google internet presence at all apart from their own website listing and evidence of job website spamming.

The above evidence clearly demonstrates that the Western Cargo Logistics website has been stolen from a genuine company and is a fraudulent website set up with intent to deceive. If you are an abuse team that has received an abuse report regarding these fraudsters, please consider immediate termination of their services in view of the absolutely undeniable evidence of criminal fraud - please don't delay - these criminals will not respond to any communication from you, (all of their whois data is invariably false), but will simply take advantage of any attempt at communication as a delaying tactic to allow them time to carry on their criminal activity and prepare their next network.
