This Vitrea Estate Group criminal fraud website should not be confused with any other company of the same or similar name. The following screenshot and the fraud evidence defines this criminal alone.

Vitrea Estate Group is a 'bog-standard' Russian money mule recruiting fraud along the lines of many other Russian fake estate agents frauds such as Carex Estate Ltd, International Real Estate, Poland Real Estate, World Estate Group, Casa Blanca Real Estate, etc, etc. It's the usual combination of a claim to have been in business for many years, but with the usual 1-year website domain recently registered with the usual unresponsive Russian registrar of many of these criminals, ANO Regional Network Information Center dba RU-CENTER, and also hosted on a Russian host, LOGOL-NET (Logol.ru), despite claiming to be an American company. They have the usual stolen website content, they are not a registered company, their location/contact details are bogus and the payload of the website is the heavily spamvertised, obvious, part-time, work from home, money mule position of accepting stolen funds to a personal bank account and transferring a balance back to these criminals in Russia or the Ukraine.

i) They claim to be located in New York, but a webcheck shows that Vitrea Estate Group are not registered in the NY state business register, clear evidence of a fake company. Check for yourself.

ii) They claim on their 'About Us' page to be as American as apple pie, but are Russian registered and Russian hosted - I don't think so, somehow....

iii) Stolen site content. The site content is stolen from various places to get over the usual 'Runglish' problem, for instance, the above screenshot text is stolen from here, in fact the embedded links simply go to the page the text has been copied from, which is the same place the "REAL ESTATE ANALITYCS" (sic) page has been stolen from as following the embedded links will show. Other content, (e.g. the MORTGAGE NEWS page has been stolen from here, as once again the embedded links show. In fact all of the website content is plagiarised apart from the 'Careers' and 'General Questions' pages which contain the fraud job & details.

iv) They claim on their 'About Us' page: "Real estate agency Vitrea Estate Group is a recognized leader in its field. Being an American company we work according to the highest international standards; we use respective experience, technologies, infrastructure and we consider individual approach to our client's needs to be our highest priority.More than 5 years of experience of Vitrea Estate Group Company will help you stay oriented in the dynamically changing market ", but their domain vitrea-estate.com was only registered with one of these criminal's favourite, (because they don't respond to abuse reports), Russian registrars, ANO Regional Network Information Center dba RU-CENTER on 12-Aug-2009 for the usual criminal's domain minimum period of only one year - a clear indication of a fraud domain.

v) A Google search for "Vitrea Estate Group" shows that this crook has no web presence whatsoever, but does show plenty of evidence of job spamming.

•  - For a start, a search of the USPS zipcode checker shows that "276 Ludlow Street, New York" does not exist, (it returns the message: "The address was not found"), but if it did, it would not be "located in the Midtown area" it would be located in the Lower Eastside area. In any event it is a clearly fake address.
•  - A Google Maps Street search for the address "276 Ludlow Street, New York" also returns no results - the street numbers go nowhere near high enough.
•  - A Google Search for the telephone number "212-245-7523" shows it to be a private number on W 45th St. and undoubtedly nothing to do with these crooks.
•  - A Google Search for the Fax. number "212-245-7525" returns no results, (ignoring any occurrence of the crooks fake website, of course).
All clear evidence of fake details.

The pertinent sentence is "Note: this kind of activity involves payment processing, that is why you will need to enter your bank information" - you do not have to be Hercule Poirot to work out the criminal nature of the proposed 'job' - the "percent rate" will probably be 10% of every successfully processed money transfer, (aka "monthly payment for rent"), despite what I can only assume is a typo of "100% of a monthly payment for rent" in the above fraud job spec. - do not be fooled.
