This fraudster bears no relation to any other company of a same or similar name and should not be confused. The above website graphics are stolen from the genuine Access USA (myus.com) website. The details below are intended to identify this criminal alone.

The VBV-Logistic scam is just one of many Russian reshipping fraud scam websites, spamvertising the usual reshipping fraud job that will only get you a visit from the police and possibly a criminal record. It's yet another fake company claiming: "Serving our customers since 1997", yet the website domain vbv-logistic.com was only registered with ANO REGIONAL NETWORK INFORMATION CENTER DBA RU on 26-dec-2007 and they have no internet presence whatsoever. They also have other aliases as WES service and Logistic Worldwide Service. using an identical stolen site layout. Related frauds are RLS Logistics and InterBuyers and The Shipping Company, LLC among many others. The website that they use is stolen from the genuine mail forwarding website Access USA, (myus.com), that much is self evident and undeniable evidence of criminality and fraud.

Evidence of Criminal Fraud:

i) Stolen website content - the theft of the Access USA website myusa.com cannot be denied - they have even forgotten to delete the Access USA favicon.ico which still shows in the address bar - clear evidence of fraud.

ii) They claim on their website: "In 2005, VBV-Logistic purchased a new 30,000 square foot warehouse to accommodate our rapid growth. We proudly service approximately 13,000 customers worldwide and processes over 40,000 packages each month", not to mention in the above screenshot: "VBV-Logistic, the leader in package and mail forwarding", yet they have no internet presence at all.

iii) They claim on their website "Serving our customers since 1997" but their website domain vbv-logistic.com was only registered with ANO REGIONAL NETWORK INFORMATION CENTER DBA RU on 26-dec-2007. Clear evidence of fraud.

iv) The payload of this fake site is the usual re-shipping donkey aka "Freelance manager" which in this case is a standard re-shipping fraud position as follows:

VbV-Logistic of America Inc. is engaged in correspondence managing, distributing different goods worldwide, buying and reselling these goods.

Goods descriptions:

- Consumer electronics of different kind ( DVD players, home theatres, audio players, video equipment, audio equipment etc. );
- Sport equipment;
- Luxuries;
- Home computers and computer components for desktop systems, notebooks, PDAs;
- Office equipment;
- Mobile equipment ( Cellular phones, pagers, GPSs etc. );
- Clothes;

We don’t operate with goods contain the materials and technologies restricted for export/import.

Job description:

Your job will be accepting and sending parcels, their sorting, checking the contents and further delivery. For this job you should stay home during post services work hours, for sometimes you will have to accept parcels, addressed to our clients, i.e. with their name on the label. Since it is sometimes difficult to make a warrant, you would have to take the parcel directly from the postman, not in the office. We offer you $30 for every SENT parcel. We pay all mail expenses (package is not included).

Persons who will be accepted for this job will follow these simple instructions:

- Receive the correspondence from our company to his/her residential address
- Report to our manager about new parcels ( Every candidate will be included in manager’s lists )
- Repack received items following the instructions our manager will send to you.*
- Receive prepaid shipping label. First month we offer $30,00/each SHIPPED OUT box. ( In a week can be more than 10 parcels, in a month - more then 50 parcels )
- Fill the forms and papers as it will be shown in our managers instructions ( You will receive e-mail with instructions for each box ).
- Ship the package out using the specified shipping method (at this moment we use mainly EMS /every USPS office can ship it with EMS Global Express/)

* All parcels pass the control in International Package Center, we care of yours security.

You see, that it is easy job, but your help is very important for us and our clients. This job does not require any special education.This job wouldn't bring you millions, we do not suggest huge earnings. You wouldn't have look clients for us or sell our production. You wouldn't have to pay us for taking you on our list. However we guaranteee stable income.

v) The above 'job' is the well documented job of handling stolen goods aka a 'reshipping donkey' - don't do it unless you have a liking for the inside of police stations and prison food. • - You'll notice that in the above job from the website the header is "VbV-Logistic of America Inc." yet here they are supposedly in Greece - they're caught out with yet another lie.

• - A Google check on "Berengaria Building" shows that its actual address is 25 Spyrou Araouzou Street 3036 Limassol and not 26.

• - The Fax number +1(302)4507123 is an American number, (Dover, Delaware), - they must have a long extension cord...

vii) No legitimate company would advertise for private citizens to do a part-time job working from home reshipping parcels overseas in this way - the only possible need for such a service is to 'launder' stolen goods obtained from credit card or auction fraud, which is exactly what the scam is all about.

The above evidence clearly demonstrates that the VBV-Logistic website is a stolen fraudulent website set up with intent to recruit spam victims for illegal activity. If you are an abuse team that has received an abuse report regarding these fraudsters, please consider immediate termination of their services in view of the absolutely undeniable evidence of criminal fraud - please don't delay - these criminals will not respond to any communication from you, (their whois data is invariably false), but will simply take advantage of any attempt at communication as a delaying tactic to allow them time to carry on their criminal activity and prepare their next network.
