Tractors Agiaffairs Ltd scam. This is a straight criminal fraud operation where criminals have made up a fake company and have produced the above fake website with the apparent purpose of 'selling' non-existent machinery or 'helping' you to sell your machinery. At the end of the day the sole intention of these crooks is to part you from a large amount of money. The apparent modus operandi of this criminal is the same as the Kell Quip Ltd. fraudster. They have other aliases of UK LEADING AUTO MOTO GARAGE, farm-equipments.net Ltd (Farmers Garage), discountfarm.net Ltd. and HPS Motorcycles Ltd. involved in similar criminal fraud activity and fake transport companies such as Auto Cargo Co (Global Lines Co) and TransitSystem-Express that these criminals often use as a fake 'trusted' third party. Needless to say, their domain tractors-agiaffairs-ltd.com was only recently registered for the usual 'criminal's domain' minimum period of only one year, their location and contact details are fake and they are not a genuine registered company in the UK. This fraud seems to be of Eastern-European origin and is covered in general here. This is a direct follow-on fraud to their previous alias, Central-Garages-Ltd.

i) The criminal's domain tractors-agiaffairs-ltd.com was only registered with ENOM, INC. (Surftown Domains) on 04-sep-2009 for the usual 'criminal's domain' minimum period of only one year. A clear indication of a fraudulent registration

ii) A Google search shows absolutely no internet presence at all for this particular Tractors Agiaffairs Ltd, apart from their own fake website, of course, and fraud site listings.

iii) A check of the UK Companies House registry shows that this particular company is not a registered UK company - clear evidence of fraud.

iv) These fake staff from their 'About Us' page are common to other aliases as listed above:

Stephen Morrison - Stephen is at the origin of the concept of Tractors Agiaffairs Ltd. He is the founder of Tractors Agiaffairs Ltd.

Richard Coleman - Richard is the manager of . Is co-founder of Tractors Agiaffairs Ltd.

Timothy Roberts - Timothy worked for the DRIRE Ile-de-France and later for the Bank of France. A former student of the Ecole Polytechnique and a member of the Corps des Mines, Timothy is co-founder of Tractors Agiaffairs Ltd.

Jerry Moore - Jerry was the commercial director in France. Co-founder of the company, we are benefiting from its know-how and its negotiating skills.

Sandra Johnson - Before joining Tractors Agiaffairs Ltd, Sandra took care of forecasts at the European level of Claas. During her studies at the School of Foreign Trade, she worked for John Deere export marketing. Sandra is responsable for the editorial content and partnerships.

• - Holmbush Farm is the stolen name that these crooks used for their previous alias.
• - The address 182 Bingham Road, Croydon Googles not only as a terraced house, (not a farm!), but also the registered address of other totally different companies with no independent evidence of these crooks at the address, only their own fake website details.
• - The Google street view of the terraced house at 182 Bingham Road, Croydon clearly proves that it is a fake address.
• - The telephone number "44-206-202-3728" is the one previously used by their Central-Garages-Ltd alias and is not a genuine UK number - it returns the message "The number you have dialled has not been recognised" when dialled - it also Googles as the number for other clear fraud sites such as Auto Cargo Co (Global Lines Co) and UK Leading Auto Moto Garage which are clearly related scams.

The above evidence clearly demonstrates beyond any doubt that the Tractors Agiaffairs Ltd website has been set up by fraudsters for the purpose of criminal deception. If you are an abuse team that has received an abuse report regarding these fraudsters, please consider immediate termination of their services in view of the absolutely undeniable evidence of criminal fraud - please don't delay - these criminals will not respond to any communication from you, (all their whois data is false), but will simply take advantage of any attempt at communication as a delaying tactic to allow them time to carry on their criminal activity and prepare their next network.
