This fraudster should not be confused with any legitimate company of the same or similar name - the above website graphics and the website content have been stolen from the genuine company NetOfficials. The criminals have also stolen the identity and address details of a UK company of the name Software Maintenance Ltd. Both of these companies  are equally victims of this criminal fraudster. These facts have been verified by contacting the companies concerned.

Software Maintenance Ltd This is just a standard scam website that has been set up to form a front for a money laundering job spamming campaign using fake Careerbuilder spams. The site content has been stolen from an Indian company called Netofficials, which is self-evident, and the criminals have stolen the identity and contact details of the genuine registered UK company Software Maintenance Ltd. The criminal's domain was only registered on 27-Apr-2009 for the usual criminal's domain one year minimum period and they have no web presence in their own right.

Software Maintenance Ltd  : Evidence of Criminal Fraud

i) The criminal's website has been stolen in its entirety from the company Netofficials That much is self-evident and clear evidence of criminal fraud. The company has been contacted and they confirm the theft of their website.

ii) As the site is stolen, it doesn't really apply to the criminals, however, they  claim on their screenshot above "since more than half a decade, our team consists of talented and expert professionals in terms of website designing and web development", but the criminal's domain mainsoft-ltd.com was only registered with Directi Internet Solutions (PublicDomainRegistry.com), on 27-Apr-2009 for the usual criminal domain minimum period of only one year. A clear indication of a fraudulent registration.

iii) A Google search shows absolutely no internet presence at all for this particular Software Maintenance Ltd with the above website, although it is clear that they have hijacked a long-standing UK company registration for the UK company Software Maintenance Ltd, (Company No. SC103726) and are using their registered address details in Stirling. The genuine company has been contacted at their real telephone number, (the criminal's website telephone number is fake), and have confirmed the theft of their identity.

• - The telephone number +44-131-2080795 is an Edinburgh number not a Stirling number and defaults to the usual voicemail these criminals use.
• - The Fax number +44-178-6201068 gives the message "this number is not in use".
Update - 6th. May 2009 - they've removed the fake telephone numbers from their 'contact Us' details - they no longer list any telephone contact.

viii) The above reply and the application form contain the clear money laundering mule solicitation that will get your account and your assets frozen, will lose you a lot of money and could lead to your arrest - do not be tempted.
The above evidence clearly demonstrates beyond any doubt that the Software Maintenance Ltd website has been set up by money laundering criminal fraudsters purely for the purpose of spamvertising an illegal money laundering 'mule' job. If you are an abuse team that has received an abuse report regarding these fraudsters, please consider immediate termination of their services in view of the absolutely undeniable evidence of criminal fraud - please don't delay - these criminals will not respond to any communication from you, (all their whois data is false), but will simply take advantage of any attempt at communication as a delaying tactic to allow them time to carry on their criminal activity and prepare their next network.
