Summary

PHC Consulting is just another glossy stolen website which has been set up to attempt to lend credence to the inevitable solicitation to commit criminal fraud by accepting stolen 'payments' into your bank account and transferring them back out to these criminals, (less your percentage, of course), by Moneygram or Western Union. This is the usual (illegal), money laundering function. The website content has been stolen from the genuine UK company CHP Consulting. To give two self-evident examples, the fraudster's home page has been stolen from the genuine CHP Consulting 'what we do' page and their 'About Us' page content has been stolen from the CHP 'Background' page.

The use of the host Outservices and the nameservers NS1.EGNS.IR and NS2.EGNS.IR, (stealthed through ns1.egns.vg and ns2.egns.vg), link this fraud to other frauds such as Apollo Business Services, Best Global Road, Priority Global Road and First Global Road. They claim on their 'About Us' page "PHC Consulting has been delivering software solutions to the asset finance industry since 1990", but their website domain phc-consulting.biz was only registered with REGTIME LTD. on 11-Aug-2008 and the domain phcconsulting.biz has only been registered with Enom.com on 30-Sep-2008 and latterly their domain phc-consulting.org was only registered with Enom Inc. on 06-Oct-2008. All clear evidence of site theft, misrepresentation and fraud.

v) A Google search for "PHC Consulting" shows other companies of the same name and an aa419.org fraud site listing for these crooks, but otherwise they have no website presence whatsoever.

vi) A webcheck shows that PHC Consulting at the given location address are not registered with the UK Companies House, and a similar webcheck shows that neither are they registered with the UK FSA, (Financial Services Authority), which they would have to be to be able to legally trade in the financial sector in the UK - try it for yourself. Clear & absolutely irrefutable evidence of fraud.

• - All these crooks have done is to copy the address details of the genuine company CHP Consulting Limited, omitted the telephone numbers and added their own email addresses, but haven't even bothered to change the genuine company name - clear evidence of fraud.

The above evidence clearly demonstrates beyond any doubt that the PHC Consulting website has been set up as a fake financial website by criminal fraudsters using stolen content.
