This fraudster should not be confused with any other company that may have the same or a similar name. The above website graphics and the evidence below identify this criminal.

Mirax Cargo is a straightforward fake Russian reshipping fraud website which exists solely to lend an air of legitimacy to a reshipping fraud 'job'. The generic website template that they are using is the same one as was used by the Great Expedition scammer. To get around the usual 'Runglish' they have stolen the above webpage content partly from Heritage Cargo Ireland and partly from Franc Universal Freight Systems Ltd. Their 'Logistics' page has been entirely stolen from this Flextronics/IEC page. The criminal fraud job of 'Correspondence Manager' that they are advertising is exactly the same one advertised by other fraudsters such as Liram Delivery Service and Glorex Business Solutions. They claim to have been in business since 1992 but their domain miraxc.com was only registered with BIZCN.COM, INC. on 07-jan-2009 for the usual criminal's domain minimum period of one year. They are Russian hosted despite their bogus claim to be located in Ireland and they have absolutely zero web presence.

Evidence of Criminal Fraud:

i) Mirax Cargo claim "Since the establishment of Mirax Cargo in 1992 the company has developed logistics solutions throughout the supply chain of our extensive customer base." but their website domain miraxc.com was only registered with BIZCN.COM, INC. on 07-jan-2009 for the usual criminal's domain minimum period of one year. A clear indication of a fraudulent registration.

ii) Stolen website content. The only way they can avoid the usual giveaway 'Runglish' signature is to steal the website content as detailed above - the most obvious is the theft of their entire 'Logistics' page text content from this Flextronics/IEC page - clear evidence of site theft and fraud.

iii) A Google search for "Mirax Cargo" shows no internet presence whatsoever except of course for their own fake website and a Yahoo groups job spam, (reproduced below) which gives the lie to their claim to have been in business since 1992.

iv) The website job:

Short and sweet - exactly the same reshipping fraud job advertised by the Liram Delivery Service and Glorex Business Solutions scammers, but remember that every parcel you accept to your home address and forward on to these criminals will contain goods purchased by credit card fraud. It amounts to handling stolen goods and such criminal activity will get you a visit from the police and possibly a criminal record - don't be tempted. Such a job is clear evidence of fraud - no legitimate company is going to entrust such a job to any John/Jane Doe recruited at random from the general public.

• - The address 13 Upper Baggot Street, Dublin 4, Ireland Googles as the usual virtual office accommodation frequently used by these crooks. A logisitics company needs large lorry accessible premises, warehousing etc. i.e. substantial infra-structure. They do not appear to have that - clear evidence of fraud.
• - They are certainly not listed by Google maps at that address.

vi) They claim to have a UK presence at Linwood and Swindon but Mirax Cargo are not registered as a business in the UK Companies House register - clear evidence of a fake company and fraud - check for yourself.

You do not get a much clearer definition of the illegal part time reshipping donkey 'job' than that. The packages you will receive will be stolen goods, purchased by credit card fraud. In reshipping them you will be guilty of handling stolen goods and as the 'fall guy' you will be liable to arrest by the police and will likely end up with a criminal record. No legitimate company is going to employ private individuals accepting parcels to a private address for onward shipment.

The above evidence clearly demonstrates that the Mirax Cargo website is a fraudulent website set up with intent to deceive and to solicit with criminal intent. If you are an abuse team that has received an abuse report regarding these fraudsters, please consider immediate termination of their services in view of the absolutely undeniable evidence of criminal fraud - please don't delay - these criminals will not respond to any communication from you, (all of their whois data is invariably false), but will simply take advantage of any attempt at communication as a delaying tactic to allow them time to carry on their criminal activity and prepare their next network.
