This fraudster bears no relation to any other company of a same or similar name and should not be confused. The above website graphics and the details below are intended to identify this criminal alone.

The METROAIR EXPRESS scam is just one of many reshipping fraud scam websites, spamvertising the usual reshipping fraud job that will only get you a visit from the police and possibly a criminal record. It's yet another company claiming: "METROAIR EXPRESS INC. is the leader in package and mail forwarding. Serving our customers since 1999", (1999 also appears in the page footer above), yet the website domain metroairexpress.com was only registered with OMNIS NETWORK, LLC on 27-mar-2009 and they have no internet presence whatsoever. They also have other aliases as WES service, VBV Logistic, Logistic Worldwide Service and Logistic Worldwide Direct (L.W.W.D) scams. using an identical site layout. Other related frauds are RLS-Logistics and InterBuyers and The Shipping Company, LLC among many others. The website that they use was originally stolen from the genuine mail forwarding website Access USA, (myus.com), but that company have since updated their website, however you can see that the criminals have omitted to change the name 'Access USA' in the recommendation at the top of the screenshot. This fraud is an obvious direct replacement for the identical  Well Express (Well Ex) scam using the same host, (OC3 Networks & Web Solutions, LLC) and registrar, (OMNIS NETWORK, LLC).
Evidence of Criminal Fraud:

i) They claim on their website: "METROAIR EXPRESS INC. is the leader in package and mail forwarding. Serving our customers since 1999" and on the 'Jobs' page "MetroAir Express services approximately 15,500 customers worldwide. The company currently processes over 20,000 inbound packages of merchandise each month", yet a Google search for "METROAIR EXPRESS" shows that they have no internet presence at all. It's also the same bogus claims made by all his other previous aliases.

ii) They claim on their website "Company METROAIR EXPRESS was founded in 1998" but their website domain metroairexpress.com was only registered with OMNIS NETWORK, LLC on 27-Mar-2009 for the minimum period of just one year. Clear evidence of fraud.

iii) They claim on their website: "Company METROAIR EXPRESS was founded in 1998. It is a branch of the DHL. Since the 2003 year the METROAIR EXPRESS had been a department of the DHL. But in 2007 the DHL made a decision to open the branch METROAIR EXPRESS of the DHL because it had a lot of clients" (note the characteristic extra "the" that these criminals always insert and the poor English), but a Google search for "DHL International GmbH" "METROAIR EXPRESS" throws up no hits apart from their own fraud site. There is clearly no link between DHL and METROAIR EXPRESS. DHL were asked by a site contact to confirm the link, (or not), and this is their reply that has been passed to me:

• - A Google Search for the address "166 S Mulberry St, Wilmington" returns zero results which is not surprising as:
• - A USPS search for the address "166 S Mulberry St., Wilmington, OH" returns the message "The address you provided is not recognized by the US Postal Service as an address we serve. Mail sent to this address may be returned". It is a fake address - clear evidence of fraud.
• - The telephone number +1 (800) 856-6307 Googles as the number of a Democrat party candidate.

viii) A search of the Ohio state business register shows that there is no company by the name of METROAIR EXPRESS, INC. registered in the state of Ohio.. Check for yourself.

ix) No legitimate company would advertise for private citizens to do a part-time job working from home reshipping parcels overseas in this way - the only possible need for such a service is to 'launder' stolen goods obtained from credit card or auction fraud, which is exactly what the scam is all about.
The above evidence clearly demonstrates that the METROAIR EXPRESS website is a stolen fraudulent website set up with intent to recruit spam victims for illegal activity. If you are an abuse team that has received an abuse report regarding these fraudsters, please consider immediate termination of their services in view of the absolutely undeniable evidence of criminal fraud - please don't delay - these criminals will not respond to any communication from you, (their whois data is invariably false), but will simply take advantage of any attempt at communication as a delaying tactic to allow them time to carry on their criminal activity and prepare their next network.
