The criminals have modified their website - here is the new  Logistic World Wide Services (L.W.W.S) homepage screenshot:

They've gone from L.W.S to L.W.W.S, but clearly the same fake company - in itself convincing evidence of fraud.

This fraudster bears no relation to any other company of a same or similar name and should not be confused. The above website graphics are stolen from the genuine Access USA (myus.com) website. The details below are intended to identify this criminal alone.

The Logistic World Wide Service (L.W.W.S), aka Logistic Worldwide Service (L.W.S), scam is just one of many reshipping fraud scam websites, spamvertising the usual reshipping fraud job that will only get you a visit from the police and possibly a criminal record. It's yet another company claiming: "L.W.W.S. is the leader in package and mail forwarding. Serving our customers since 1999", yet the website domain lw-service.com was only registered with OMNIS NETWORK, LLC on 30-jul-2008 and they have no internet presence whatsoever. They also have other aliases as WES service and  VBV Logistic. using an identical site layout. Other related frauds are RLS Logistics and InterBuyers and The Shipping Company, LLC among many others. The website that they use is stolen from the genuine mail forwarding website Access USA, (myus.com), that much is self evident and undeniable evidence of criminality and fraud.
Evidence of Criminal Fraud:

i) Stolen website content - the theft of the Access USA website myusa.com cannot be denied - clear evidence of fraud.

ii) They claim on their website: "L.W.W.S  have recently purchased a new 20,000 square foot facility to accommodate our rapid growth. L.W.S services approximately 15,500 customers worldwide. The company currently processes over 20,000 inbound packages of merchandise each month", yet they have no internet presence at all.

iii) They claim on their website "Company LWWS was founded in 1998" but their website domain lwws.org was only registered on 02-Sep-2008, i.e. 8 days ago as I write this. Clear evidence of fraud.

iv) They claim on their website: "Company LWWS was founded in 1998. It is a branch of the DHL International GmbH. Since the 2003 year the LWWS had been a department of the DHL. But in 2007 the DHL made a decision to open the branch LWWS of the DHL because it had a lot of clients." (note the characteristic extra "the" that these criminals always insert and the poor English), but a Google search for "DHL International GmbH" LWWS throws up no hits apart from their own fraud site and a porn site for some reason. There is no link between DHL and LWWS.

v) The payload of this fake site is the usual "PART-TIME POSITION: L.W.W.S. SHOPPING ASSISTANT" which in this case is a standard re-shipping fraud position as follows:

vi) The above 'job' is the well documented job of handling stolen goods - don't do it unless you have a liking for the inside of police stations and prison food. It appears to be a fake number. Perhaps a US resident could try calling it and report back. Update - a site contact reports that the number is not in service.
• -  Apart from the above PO Box number, they have no other physical location listed - some corporation!

viii) A California state business search for LWS Corp., Logistic Worldwide Service and other variants of the name show that it is not registered in California - it is a fictitious company. Clear evidence of fraud.
         A Texas Taxable Entity Search for LWWS Corp., Logistic World Wide Service and other variants of the name show that it is not registered in Texas - it is a fictitious company. Clear evidence of fraud.

ix) No legitimate company would advertise for private citizens to do a part-time job working from home reshipping parcels overseas in this way - the only possible need for such a service is to 'launder' stolen goods obtained from credit card or auction fraud, which is exactly what the scam is all about.
The above evidence clearly demonstrates that the Logistic World Wide Service (L.W.W.S) website is a stolen fraudulent website set up with intent to recruit spam victims for illegal activity. If you are an abuse team that has received an abuse report regarding these fraudsters, please consider immediate termination of their services in view of the absolutely undeniable evidence of criminal fraud - please don't delay - these criminals will not respond to any communication from you, (their whois data is invariably false), but will simply take advantage of any attempt at communication as a delaying tactic to allow them time to carry on their criminal activity and prepare their next network.
