Kempcomarketinginc (Kempco Marketing, Inc) is just another fake financial site used as a vehicle to legitimise a Russian money laundering mule recruiting fraud scam spamming campaign. It's the usual glossy site, but most of the content is stolen and the evidence is clear that they are fraudsters, for instance, on their 'About Us' page they claim: "Strength - comes from our breadth of experience and over a quarter of a century of diligent service to our clients" and they claim in their spam "Kempco Marketing, Inc is a registered investment advisor founded in 2001", but their website domain kempcomarketinginc.org was only registered on 26-Jan-2010 for the usual 'criminal's domain' period of one year and their whois details are hidden by Privacy Protect. All of their domains use Russian nameservers - why would a supposed Indiana company use Russian nameservers? The sole purpose of the above website is to lend an air of credibility to the usual money mule recruiting campaign, (sample spam below). They have no web presence, their location and contact details are all bogus, they are spamming a fraud job, (sample below), and they have assumed the identity of a registered Indiana company of the same name at a different address.
Evidence of Criminal Fraud:

i) In the above screenshot they claim: "Strength - comes from our breadth of experience and over a quarter of a century of diligent service to our clients", on their 'Partners' page they say: "With almost 10 years of cumulative investment experience, our team of professionals has weathered multiple economic cycles and outlived various fads and trends" and they claim in their spam below: "Kempco Marketing, Inc is a registered investment advisor founded in 2001", take your pick out of those conflicting claims, but their website domain kempcomarketinginc.org was only registered on 26-Jan-2010 for the usual 'criminal's domain' period of one year and their whois details are hidden by Privacy Protect. A clear indication of a fraud domain.

ii) Stolen site content - most of the site content has been stolen from the Alexander Capital website, for instance, the above index page content has been stolen from this page, with the last three lines from here. The crooks 'Solutions' page content is lifted from this Alexander page and their 'Partners' page has been stolen from this Alexander page. Just to add a bit of variety, the crooks 'Services' page is a direct copy of this ElderAdo page. All clear evidence of site theft and fraud.

iii) A Google search for "Kempco Marketing, Inc", (or "Kempcomarketinginc"), shows that these criminals have no web presence whatsoever, (ignoring their own fake website, of course), which is simply not credible given their claims.

iv) There is a registered Indiana company of the same name, (created 2004), but at a totally different address. The registration and ownership details indicate that it is nothing to do with these crooks.

• - A Google Maps Business search for the street address "8790 Purdue Road, Indianapolis" shows no such business at that address.
• - The address "8790 Purdue Road Suite 175C, Indianapolis" Googles as the address of the World Financial Group (WFG).
• - A Google Search for the telephone number "(317)682-0183" just returns the crook's fake website.
• - A Google Search for the Fax. number "(317)536-3249" also just returns the crook's fake website.

vii) It's a 'semi-cloaked', but pretty clear definition of the illegal part time money mule function of accepting payments to your personal bank account:

- Liaison between the customers and company;
- Provision and monitoring of payments further to the customers;
- Coordinate fund transfers and reporting with accounting departments;

...and transferring a balance to these crooks via Moneygram or Western Union less a percentage commission - that on its own defines the company without doubt as criminal and bogus and is clear evidence of criminal fraud.

viii) No legitimate company is going to advertise for this sort of illegal part time, work from home 'fund transfer coordinating agent' among the untrained, inexperienced and uncertified general population overseas.
The above evidence clearly demonstrates beyond any doubt that the Kempcomarketinginc website has been set up very recently by money laundering criminals purely for the purpose of spamvertising an illegal money laundering 'mule' job. If you are an abuse team that has received an abuse report regarding these fraudsters, please consider immediate termination of their services in view of the absolutely undeniable evidence of criminal activity - please don't delay - these criminals will not respond to any communication from you, (all their whois data is false), but will simply take advantage of any attempt at communication as a delaying tactic to allow them time to carry on their criminal activity and prepare their next network.
