IDS Solutions Inc. fraud is is just the latest of the numerous highly generic Russian scam websites that has been set up to form a front for a money laundering fraud job spam campaign. Its function is to con you into believing that they are a legitimate company when the evidence clearly demonstrates that they are crooks. It's an identical Russian scam to the majority of the frauds on this website. They have a new template, but it's the same old fraud and the same old website content. Their domain was only registered very recently and all their contact and location details are very clearly bogus. Their management 'team' are quite clearly stolen from Harbour Investments. Would a supposed US Company have a Russian domain registrar and Russian host? I think not.
This fraudster should not be confused with any legitimate company of the same or similar name - the above website graphics and the included money laundering job clearly identify the fake website and these fraudsters.

IDS Solutions Inc. : Evidence of Criminal Fraud

i) IDS Solutions Inc. make the usual claim on their website that these fraudsters make: "The company was set up in 1990 in New York, the USA by three enthusiasts having financial education", but the criminal's domain idssolutionsinc.com was only registered with GODADDY.COM, INC.(bernet.ru) on 03-Apr-2009. A clear indication of fraud

ii) Although they claim to be based in New York, a webcheck shows that IDS Solutions Inc. are not registered in the NY state business register, clear evidence of a fake company. Check for yourself.

iii) Their so-called partners are simply links to various websites.

iv) Their clearly fake 'Management Team' are all simply stolen from a company called Harbour Investments and they haven't even bothered to change the names.

v) A Google search shows absolutely no internet presence at all for IDS Solutions Inc. apart from their own fake website, of course. (Not to be confused with other companies of the same name - it's not exactly a unique name.

vi) IDS Solutions Inc. are also not listed at the UK Companies House or the UK Financial Services Authority which they would have to be to be able to legally trade in the UK - they are clearly a bogus company. Clear evidence of criminal fraud.

vii) If you want to see a few more of this criminal's recent aliases, (they go back years), Google for "The company was set up in 1990 in New York, the USA by three enthusiasts".

• - A USPS zip code lookup on the above address returns the message "The address was not found". The address is clearly fake. Clear evidence of fraud - try it for yourself.
• - It is the the same fake address as used for numerous other frauds.
• - The highly unlikely common fax. and telephone number +1 8773497033 Googles as having been used for his numerous other frauds - clear evidence of fraud.

You do not get a much more clearly fake set of contact details than that.

The above address is actually listed in UK Companies House as the registered address of a company called HONEY'S DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION LIMITED (Company No. 05416580). In other words it's a fake address as undoubtedly are all their others. It also Googles as the same fake address used for his numerous other scams.

It's a new twist on an old fraud. However it is dressed up, it still amounts to money laundering fraud and the money that is deposited into your account will be obtained by criminal means and will be recovered by the bank. Any money you send back to them will be lost forever. The activity will get your account closed, your assets frozen and could earn you a criminal record - do not be tempted.
The above evidence clearly demonstrates beyond any doubt that the IDS Solutions Inc. website has been set up by money laundering criminal fraudsters purely for the purpose of criminal activity.
