This Encore Media Solutions (Encore Software Development) fraud is a standard Russian fraud website that exists simply to spamvertise the usual money laundering mule job. Website content is stolen from the genuine Belarus software development company Itransition. The fake Encore Media Solutions site has a part-time, work-from-home job of 'Investment Management Specialist' advertised and the genuine Itransition website doesn't. Previous identical aliases of this criminal were documented as Global Network Solutions and Innoverse Software (this is clearly a serial fraudster). Since the criminal originally stole the template and content, the software development company Itransition have changed their website template and content, but some content remains). At the end of the day it is just a standard criminal money laundering mule job spamvertising website like many others. Their contact and location details are bogus, they have no web presence, their domain encoremediasolutions.com was only very recently registered for the usual criminal's domain minimum period of one year and they are not a registered company in their supposed location of California. They are hosted on the same criminal fraud IP (113.105.152.33) as the Moonbeam Logistics, Inc., Fender Group, Advertising International Company, scammers and other frauds - the IP is a nest of criminal domains - this being just one of them.

i)  Their above page footer reads "© 1998 - 2008 Encore Media Solutions Software" However, their website domain encoremediasolutions.com was only registered with Regtime Ltd (Regtime.net) on 30-sep-2009 for the usual criminal's minimum period of one year - a clear indication of a fraudulent registration and a fraudulent company.

ii) Although supposedly located in California, a California State Business Register check shows that Encore Media Solutions are not registered as a company in the US state of California - check for yourself. Clear evidence of a fake company and therefore criminal fraud.

iii) Their bogus job is the usual illegal part time, work at home job of accepting stolen funds into your personal account and transferring a balance back to these criminals which will get your bank account and your assets frozen and earn you a criminal record:

iv) Stolen website content: Their website content is stolen from the genuine Belarus software development company Itransition, for instance the above screenshot content is mainly stolen from this Itransition  'Services' page. clear evidence of fraud.

v) These criminals have documented identical previous aliases of Global Network Solutions and Innoverse Software - this is clearly a serial fraudster.

vi) A Google search for "Encore Media Solutions" shows that they have absolutely zero web presence in their own right which makes a complete nonsense of their above website statement: "Encore Media Solutions software development company has representative offices in North America, Europe, Asia and Western Europe. Encore Media Solutions company has been in the offshore e-commerce services and software development industry for almost 10 years and has over 500 IT software developers in staff and more than 2000 man-years of experience in software development". Not to be confused with other companies of the same name to which these criminals are clearly not related. Clear evidence of fraud.

As these criminals are not a legally registered company in the state of California, then the above details are unlikely to be genuine.

• - A Google search on the address "269 South Western Ave Los Angeles, CA" shows no sign of these criminals.
• - A Google Maps business search on address "269 South Western Ave Los Angeles, CA" doesn't list these criminals at this address.
• - A Google search for the telephone number "+1-213-233-9440" shows that it actually belongs to TEFL International - clear evidence of fraud.
• - A Google search for the telephone number "+41 52 366 24 74" shows firstly that it was used for the criminals previous scams, but also that it really belongs to S-Power GmbH of Switzerland - it's not even a French number as the Swiss country code +41 betrays - clear evidence of fraud.
• - The French and Japanese addresses are exactly the same addresses the criminal used for his Global Network Solutions and Innoverse Software aliases - clear evidence of fraud.
A clear set of mainly recycled fake details - absolutely irrefutable evidence of fraud.

Employment Agreement

This Employment Agreement is made and entered into as of __/__/ 2009 by and between
Encore Media Solutions, Inc., duly organized and existing under the laws of the United States
(hereinafter referred to as “Employer”) and

(hereinafter referred to as “Employee”), the parties hereto agree as follows:

1. Employment

1-1. Employer has agreed to employ Employee as Investment Management Specialist (IMS below)
and Employee accepted such employment upon the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth.

1-2. Employer shall present all necessary documents to United States Office according to the
United States laws and regulations, which should be prepared or submitted by Employer itself.

2. Duties of Employee

2-1. During the term of this Agreement, Employee will perform his/her duties to the best of
his/her ability and will comply with the directions of Employer.

2-2. At all times, during the term of this Agreement, Employee will directly adhere to and obey all
the rules and regulations that have been established by Employer for the conduct of Employee.

2-3. Employee is a financial assistant who is responsible for handling financial transactions related
strictly to company’s sales. Employee does not carry any responsibilities regarding the quality of
the products sold and customer’s satisfaction.

2-4. All products or payments received by Employee from Employer or from Employer’s customers
or partners, are the property of Encore Media Solutions, Inc. Even if payments received by
Employee from Employer’s customers was addressed to the Employee name.

2-5. Employer keeps the right to require a full compensation from the Employee in case of
infringement of any of the paragraphs of the present contract or if Employee wrong actions will
affect the Employer’s reputation or will put the financial damage to the Encore Media Solutions,
Inc. The Employee should consult and receive the consent from the Chief himself about all actions
not specified in the Job Instructions.

2-6. Employee is responsible to keep track of transfers and their processing several times a day.
Employee must keep the company informed at all times of any transactions occurring in relation to
his employment with Encore Media Solutions, Inc.

2-7. Persons who will be accepted for the IMS position should follow these instructions:

1. Provide Employer with a bank account requisites and internet monitoring access*;
2. Receive payments related to company’s sales to Employee’s bank account;
3. Send a timely report to our manager;
4. Withdraw cash from bank account following the instructions from our manager;
5. Resend the amount to company’s requisites using Western Union, MoneyGram money
transfer systems or bank wire transfer;
6. Send a timely report to our manager including all demanded information regarding
processed transfer(s).

* It is possible to open and provide a new (separate) bank account (which will be used only for
this position) in case if Employee doesn't want to share his/her own.

(!) IMPORTANT! Do not sign this Agreement if you do not agree with stated above.

2-8. If Employee refuses to transfer the amounts received to the company’s representatives
he/she will be prosecuted by law. Employee is responsible to answer a few phone calls related to
company's sales. Employee can be a part of the company and complete tasks necessary from any
city in the USA. Company’s provisions for termination include violations of responsibilities,
inabilities to perform duties, and lack of cooperation. As an employee, is required to notify the
employer if there is any change of circumstances related to working abilities, as well as any
changes in personal information, such as a change of address, phone number, or a last name.

3. Compensations and Other Treatment of Employee

3-1. Salary
Employer guarantees a minimum base salary of 2,800 U.S. dollars per month, starting from the
date of Employee’s first task. Also Employer offers additional “same-day processing” bonus of 50
U.S. dollars.

3-2. Taxes
Employee assumes full responsibility for paying taxes from the earned amount. Employer issues a
1099 form at the end of the year.

3-3. Working hours and Paid vacation
Employee has free working hours and days. Employee must process payments and respond to
email several times a day. Vacation can be decided in consultation with Employer.

4. Terms of Agreement

4-1. The term of this Agreement shall be three (3) full consecutive months commencing from the
date set forth above unless terminated prior to the date of expiration for any of the reasons
described herein.
4-2. This Agreement can be extended for any period of time, which is agreed on by both parties.
Both parties must also agree on any change or modification of the term and conditions. Extension
must be negotiated no later than 30 days prior to the date of expiration.

5. Dismissals or Voluntary Resignation

5-1. Employer will have the right to dismiss Employee for clear and frequent neglect of duties
under this Agreement, including frequent absences from the place of employment without
approval of Employer, or for manifest inability to perform his/her duties. In case of dismissal,
Employee will be warned of dissatisfaction with performance and will be afforded at least twenty
(20) days notice during which he/she can remedy the situation.

5-2. In the event that Employee is dismissed for any of the reasons set forth in paragraph 5-1
hereinabove or in the event that the Employee voluntarily resigns prior to the completion of this
Agreement, Employer will have no duty and will not be obligated to pay extra salary.

6. Confidentiality

6-1. Any information Employee obtains in the course of his/her duties or otherwise through
Employee’s employment shall be held in the strictest confidence by Employee. Any breach of such
confidentiality shall be deemed to be a breach of this Agreement and render Employee subject to
summary dismissal.

6-2. In case not performance of points and treaty provisions and swindle employer is obliged
within 48 hours to send all information about employee and the documentation about financial
operation to International Police Department, preliminary having notified the employee 12
hours prior to transfer of the information.

7. Other Employment Conditions

7-1. Employee agrees to be bound by, and to comply with, the work rules that Employer may
adopt in accordance with the Labor Standards Law of United States. All matters not addressed
in this Agreement or Employer’s work rules will be solved according to the Labor Standards Law
of United States.

You do not get a  clearer definition of the illegal part time money mule function than the above. That on its own defines the Encore Media Solutions company without doubt as criminal and bogus and is clear evidence of criminal fraud. It will get your account closed, your assets frozen and earn you a visit from the police along with a criminal record upon conviction. Don't be tempted. No legitimate company is going to employ private citizens in a foreign country to act as money transfer agents using private bank accounts. The whole idea is preposterous and totally illegal.
The above evidence clearly demonstrates that the Encore Media Solutions website is a fraudulent website set up with intent to deceive. If you are an abuse team that has received an abuse report regarding these fraudsters, please consider immediate termination of their services in view of the absolutely undeniable evidence of criminal fraud - please don't delay - these criminals will not respond to any communication from you, (all their whois data is usually false), but will simply take advantage of any attempt at communication as a delaying tactic to allow them time to carry on their criminal activity and prepare their next network.
