Diamond-Exchange Inc. uses a fake website that is a mish-mash of bits stolen from other websites, all mixed together in an attempt to produce a convincing front for a criminal money mule recruitment operation.

This fake company should not be confused with any other company of the same or a similar name.  This criminal company is identified by the site content above and the money mule job from the website posted below.

Evidence of Criminal Fraud:

i) The Diamond-Exchange Inc. criminals claim on the 'Testimonials Page' of their website that "Diamond-Exchange Inc. has been operating since year 2001", however, the criminal's domain diamond-exchange.org was only registered with Melbourne IT, Ltd. (with Yahoo as reseller), on 18-Apr-2008. Clear evidence of fraud.

ii)
The money mule 'job' (from the website):

TRANSFER MANAGER

Job Description:

The task of the Transfer Manager is collecting payments (to your bank or PayPal account) from customers in
timely manner, transferring them to our office in Sweden via Wire Transfers or MoneyGram, and to solve issues associated with these tasks.
If you don't have bank account, our manager will find nearest bank, and open a new checking account there.
All fees will be paid by our company.

Every payment order will be accompanied with detailed instructions. It is a part-time from home job.
We are offering to you a commission based position. You will get 8% of each processed payment immediately, right after you accomplish the task.

General requirements:
# Applicants must be of legal age;
# Good communications skills
# Any experience in customer service sphere is appreciated;
# Willingness to work from home, take responsibility and achieve higher goals;
# Experience in Internet usage;
# Honesty, responsibility and promptness in operations;
# Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word is a plus.

Salary:  $700-$1400 per week

This job will allow you to:
# work efficiently from home;
# increase available personal time;
# get financial independence for less time than it's usually required;
# develop high self-respect and esteem;

Working hours are flexible. You can choose to perform the work when it is convenient to you.
The general requirement is to spend 30-60 minutes a day for the work.
You will need to check your e-mail 3-5 times a day to see if there is any work for you.

It is the usual illegal work at home money mule function that will get your bank account and your assets frozen and could get you a visit from the police - don't do it! Clear evidence of fraud.

iii) No legitimate company would use private individuals to transfer money in this way using private bank accounts, (also described in the spam below). To do so is illegal and defines the company as both bogus and criminal.

iv) This text from the criminal's fake website home page:
" Diamond-Exchange Inc. itself has been growing steadily. The systems have proven to be extremely solid with virtually no down time and no fraud. We are confident that Diamond-Exchange Inc. is the system that will lead digital gold currencies into serious commercial application and we thank you all for your continued support.

To reinforce our belief, we are pleased to mention that an independent comparative review of the security and accounting integrity of the four main gold based currencies was published on the gold economy web site in July and Diamond-Exchange Inc. was the outstanding leader! You can read the article at http://www.goldeconomy.com
"

has been stolen from the Pecunix news page: "Pecunix itself has been growing steadily. The systems have proven to be extremely solid with virtually no down time and no fraud. v)  This text from the criminal's fake website home page (which make no sense as they don't offer webmail):
"Diamond-Exchange Inc. has been hard at work making improvements to the new webmail system, and our mail server in general. Here’s an overview of what we have done:

    * We have upgraded our server to support IMAP connections.
    * We have added support for SMTP authentication to our Outbound mail server.
    * We have added SSL encryption support for POP, IMAP and SMTP connections.
    * We have changed the “New Webmail” system so that it now logs in via IMAP.

What do these changes mean for you, our customers? First, and most importantly these changes allow the New Webmail system to use folders, including a “Trash” folder. These changes also allow customers to securely connect to our mail servers, even when using a different ISP, or when traveling. The IMAP upgrade also allows Diamond-Exchange Inc. email to be used on Blackberry phones, and allows email to be “pushed” immediately from the server to customers’ email programs. The IMAP upgrade also allows customers to share one email address among multiple computers easier.

The methods used to set up SSL, IMAP, and SMTP authentication vary from program to program, so if you wish to use any of these features in your email program, please contact us for assistance."

has been stolen from this Infowest.com blog site:
"Hello everyone! It’s been a while since we have posted any new information on this little weblog of ours, but boy do we have news today! InfoWest has been hard at work making improvements to the new webmail system, and our mail server in general. Here’s an overview of what we have done:

   1. We have upgraded our server to support IMAP connections.
   2. We have added support for SMTP authentication to our Outbound mail server.
   3. We have added SSL encryption support for POP, IMAP and SMTP connections.
   4. We have changed the “New Webmail” system so that it now logs in via IMAP.

What do these changes mean for you, our customers? First, and most importantly these changes allow the New Webmail system to use folders, including a “Trash” folder. These changes also allow customers to securely connect to our mail servers, even when using a different ISP, or when traveling. The IMAP upgrade also allows InfoWest email to be used on Blackberry phones, and allows email to be “pushed” immediately from the server to customers’ email programs. The IMAP upgrade also allows customers to share one email address among multiple computers easier.

The methods used to set up SSL, IMAP, and SMTP authentication vary from program to program, so if you wish to use any of these features in your email program, please contact us for assistance."
Clear evidence of criminal fraud.

vi) Location details from the website:
Our address:
Lillukkakuja 2, Saarijarvi, 43100 Finland

Phone: +358 20 7621 311

Firstly, the address
Lillukkakuja 2, Saarijarvi, 43100 Finland Googles as an address of an astronomy club in Finland and not these crooks
Secondly, their telephone number +358 20 7621 311 Googles as the fax number of Humak University of Applied Sciences - Nurmijärvi
Clear evidence of criminal fraud.

The above evidence clearly demonstrates that the Diamond-Exchange Inc. website is a fraudulent website set up with intent to deceive. If you are an abuse team that has received an abuse report regarding these fraudsters, please consider immediate termination of their services in view of the absolutely undeniable evidence of criminal fraud - please don't delay - these criminals will not respond to any communication from you, (all their whois data is usually false), but will simply take advantage of any attempt at communication as a delaying tactic to allow them time to carry on their criminal activity and prepare their next network.
