years, is seeking a Regional Manager of Client Relations and Business
Development, due to expanding markets. This role will run the North American
region, particularly the USA. We offer an exceptional chance to become a part of

the essential experience of participating in major international
projects.
The business development aspect of the position includes
supporting of organizational strategy and objectives, while the customer
relations aspect includes enhancement of new business client relations,
providing a complete cycle of client support, and arranging billing processes.
Relocation or travel is not required, as this position is performed out of your
home.
Position Responsibilities:
- Partner with the best
developer teams to present projects and solutions to customers; - Communicate
with project managers on the project progress status and other related
issues; - Help with organizing billing processes for new clients; -
Distribute payroll among outsourcing teams; - Provide an outstanding level of
client support to our current US client pool; - Building and preserving
persistent customer relations.
General Requirements:
- High
School Diploma or equivalent a College Degree level is a plus; - Strong
knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook; - Excellent communication
skills written, oral; - Outstanding self-organization and time-management
skills; - Commitment to and experience in superior customer
service.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Initial yearly pay of
42,000 USD; - Incentive bonuses; - Paid vacation and days-off; -
