Avant-guard Advertising Agency fraud is one of a series of Russian fake advertising agencies that is the vehicle for a money laundering mule job spamvertised by the usual spam campaign aimed at recruiting mules for their criminal activities. They claim on their 'Services' page: "Avant-guard Advertising Agency has been up and running for over ten years" but their initial domain guard.co.cr, like so many of these fraudster's domains, was only registered with Nic.cr, on 02 Feb 2009 for the usual criminal fraud domain minimum period of only one year. The purpose of the website is to carry and lend legitimacy to the usual part-time, work from home money laundering mule job under the 'Careers' menu option. Their location details are fake and they have absolutely no web presence apart from their own fake website and fraud site listings. They currently have a heavy spam campaign in operation, (sample spam below). A clearly criminal fraud website spamvertising the same fraud job preamble as API Advertising, Inc., Citadelle Ind. Company, SZ Solutions Ltd and One Box Advertising Inc. - this is a serial fraudster.

This fraudster should not be confused with any legitimate company of the same or similar name - the above website graphics and the included money laundering job clearly identify the fake website and these fraudsters.

Avant-guard Advertising Agency : Evidence of Criminal Fraud

i) Avant-guard Advertising Agency claim on their website 'Services' page "Avant-guard Advertising Agency has been up and running for over ten years and still grows to this day. We’ve established partnerships with leading companies and placed our offices in nearly every corner of the Earth.", but the criminal's domain guard.co.cr was only registered with Nic.cr, on 02 Feb 2009 for the usual criminal fraud domain minimum period of only one year.. ii) Despite their above grandiose claims, a Google search shows absolutely no internet presence at all for this particular "Avant-guard Advertising Agency" apart from their own fake website, fraud website listings and massive job website spamming Do not confuse with another company of the same name.

iv) This scam is related by content, (same fraud job preamble), to the following similar scams: API Advertising, Inc., Citadelle Ind. Company and SZ Solutions Ltd - this is a serial fraudster.

This is the usual part time, work from home job for "Students, parents, self-employed people or even the unemployed" it is a 'cloaked' job but make no mistake, the part-time work from home nature inevitably means that it is a money laundering mule position that will get your account closed, your assets frozen and will earn you a visit from the police. ** Junior Service Manager - Reading? Looks like this advert has been stolen from somewhere. There is a 'Reading' in Berkshire in the UK, but the 'salary' is in dollars and anyway, that sort of job is totally out of step with the website: "this is a chance for everyone with three hours and more of free time each day". This will be the usual 'hook the mugs then give them the real deal' operation, probably with a fake 'training' scheme of accepting transfers through your bank account - keep well clear. Google searches for scraps of text show massive jobsite spamming and I am receiving dozens in my spamtrap addresses.

The above evidence clearly demonstrates beyond any doubt that the Avant-guard Advertising Agency website has been set up by criminal fraudsters purely for the purpose of illegal activity. If you are an abuse team that has received an abuse report regarding these fraudsters, please consider immediate termination of their services in view of the absolutely undeniable evidence of criminal fraud - please don't delay - these criminals will not respond to any communication from you, (all their whois data is false), but will simply take advantage of any attempt at communication as a delaying tactic to allow them time to carry on their criminal activity and prepare their next network.
