Assets Variety is another fake real estate agent Russian money laundering mule fraud similar to many other frauds on this website. As usual they claim to have been in business for years, (albeit written in pure 'Runglish'), but they have no web presence, their cobbled together site content is partially 'home brewed' with pictures and content stolen from other sites and their domain was only relatively recently registered for the usual 1-year minimum period and their contact details are fake. The purpose of the website is to lend an air of legitimacy to the usual spamming campaign offering a fake job. Why would a supposed Italian company use a Russian domain registrar (Echo-host.com) and a Russian host (mtw.ru)? The answer is that they wouldn't, of course - this is clearly a Russian fraudster.

Assets Variety : Evidence of Criminal Fraud

i) Assets Variety claim on the above screenshot of the homepage of their website: "ASSETS VARIETY” IS AN AGENCY WITH A LONG HISTORY AND VALUABLE TRADITIONS", but the criminal's domain assetsvariety.com was only registered with Directi Internet Solutions Pvt. Ltd. d/b/a PublicDomainRegistry.com, (Echo-Host as reseller), on 09-oct-2009 for the usual 'criminal's domain' minimum period of only one year. A clear indication of a fraud and misrepresentation.

ii) They start off in Pure Runglish in 'Nigerian Capitals', e.g. "WE ARE GLAD THAT YOU GOT INTERESTED IN THE SERVICE OUR COMPANY OFFERS.", then a stolen bit "With the development of private property ownership, real estate has become a major area of business. Purchasing real estate requires a significant investment, and each parcel of land has unique characteristics." stolen from this Wikipedia page on real estate, (Business Sector) and so on. The property photographs in the above screenshot appear to be stolen from the genuine Caribbean Land & Property website, although they appear to have swapped photos and descriptions so they no longer match.

iii) A Google search for "Assets Variety" shows that this fraudster has no web presence whatsoever, (ignoring their own fake website, of course), which proves that this extract from their screenshot: "With offices in more than 30 countries worldwide, and a great number of agents, the power of the “Assets Variety” name boosts business and attracts homebuyers" is clearly a pack of lies.

iv) Fake Contact details from their website:

• - "Find the nearest office of “Assets Variety” and call it" - they're only listing one office and that has no telephone number...
• - A Google search for the address, (note their incorrect spelling of 'adress') - "Via Paolo Emilio, 7 00192 Rome" returns no hits for these crooks, (ignoring any occurrences of their own fake website, of course).
• - A Google Maps search for the address  shows that they are not a listed business at the address.
• - A Google search for the US telephone number +1 (520) 366-8337 returns no hits for these crooks, (ignoring their own fake website, of course).
• - A Google search for the US Fax. number +1 (520) 303-9954 returns no hits for these crooks, (ignoring their own fake website, of course).
• - The telephone number +1 (520) 366-8337 locates to Bisbee Arizona and the Fax. number +1 (520) 303-9954 locates to Tucson Arizona, (about 90 miles away) - they must           have a big office - clear evidence of fraud.

v) The Spam:

vi) Firstly, there is no "London Branch" listed on their website, secondly there is no company by the name of “Assets Variety” registered at the UK Companies House - check for yourself - it is clearly a fake company - there is no "London Branch".
vii) A posted Yahoo 'Hot Jobs' advert: (Google for "assetsvariety" for further examples of job website spamming).

The posted fake job is a crystal clear money laundering mule position, consisting of you accepting stolen funds to your bank account , (transferred from 'phished' accounts), followed by you transferring a balance less your 'commission' to these criminals in Russia or the Ukraine. It can only lose you a lot of money, get your assets and your account frozen and possibly earn you a criminal record - don't be tempted.
The above evidence demonstrates beyond doubt that the Assets Variety website is a fake website that has been set up by criminal fraudsters purely for the purpose of spamvertising an illegal job. If you are an abuse team that has received an abuse report regarding these fraudsters, please consider immediate termination of their services in view of the absolutely undeniable evidence of criminal fraud - please don't delay - these criminals will not respond to any communication from you, (all their whois data is false), but will simply take advantage of any attempt at communication as a delaying tactic to allow them time to carry on their criminal activity and prepare their next network.
