This fraudster bears no relation to any other company of a same or similar name and should not be confused. The above website graphics and the details below are intended to identify this criminal alone.

The Apollo Forwarding, Inc. scam is just one of many reshipping fraud scam websites, spamvertising the usual reshipping fraud job that will only get you a visit from the police and possibly a criminal record. The website has been stolen in its entirety from the OneUSAaddress.com company as is self evident, so none of the content is relevant to the criminals. Their domain apolloforwarding.org was only registered on March the 15th. 2009 with Public Domain Registry, their location and contact details are completely bogus, (there is no such company at their supposed location of 500 N. Walnut St. La Habra, CA - it is a school), and there is no such company registered in the state of California. They are clearly a fake company.
Evidence of Criminal Fraud:

i) They claim on their 'About Us' page: "Apollo Forwarding is a global leader in worldwide shipping and package forwarding services to more than 220 countries and territories. We provide access to USA retailers and a growing global marketplace through a network of online services and global transportation.", yet a Google search for "Apollo Forwarding, Inc." shows that they have no internet presence at all, (except for their own fake website, of course). (Not to be confused with any other company of the same name).

ii) Their domain apolloforwarding.org was only registered with Public Domain Registry on March the 15th. 2009 for the customary criminal minimum period of only one year. They have a second domain of apolloforwarding.com (Public Domain Registry - March the 12th. 2009) which has a MySQL problem at the moment.

iii) Their website has been clearly stolen in its entirety from the OneUSAaddress.com company and modified by the addition of a 'Careers' menu option that contains the fraudsters' reshipping fraud job and doesn't appear on the genuine website.

iv) The payload of this fake site is the usual part-time, work from home reshipping fraud position of "Agent":

    * Making photos of the received boxes, documentation scan/photographing;
    * Repacking the goods;
    * Consolidation of several products in on box;
    * Printing the customs documents ans prepaid shipping labels;
    * Receiveng the boxes and the other production from the Company, which are necessary for repacking and consolidation of the correspondence, receiving the money for sending the correspondence to the customers;
    * Sending the correspondence to the customers with the prapaid shipping labels or for the money of the Company;


Requirements:

    * 1-2 hours of free time in the period of 8 a.m. till 5 p.m. every workday;
    * Personal computer availability with the Internet, photocamera and printer;
    * Responsibility and quickness in job performance;

v) The above 'job' is the well documented job of handling stolen goods, consisting of accepting goods to your home address and forwarding them on to these criminals in Russia or the Ukraine. Don't do it unless you have a liking for the inside of police stations and prison food. Just more confirmation of the illegal 'reshipping donkey' job of handling stolen goods that they are spamvertising. Unless you want a criminal record - don't even think about it.

• - The address of 500 N. Walnut St., La Habra, CA Googles as the address of The La Habra City School/District Office and not these crooks - clear evidence of fraud.

viii) A California State Business Register check shows that the company "Apollo Forwarding, Inc" is not registered as a company in their supposed location of California - check for yourself. Clear evidence of a fake company and therefore criminal fraud.

ix) No legitimate company would advertise for private citizens to do a part-time job working from home reshipping parcels overseas in this way - the only possible need for such a service is to 'launder' stolen goods obtained from credit card or auction fraud, which is exactly what the scam is all about.
The above evidence clearly demonstrates that the Apollo Forwarding, Inc. website is a stolen fraudulent website set up with intent to recruit for illegal activity. If you are an abuse team that has received an abuse report regarding these fraudsters, please consider immediate termination of their services in view of the absolutely undeniable evidence of criminal fraud - please don't delay - these criminals will not respond to any communication from you, (their whois data is invariably false), but will simply take advantage of any attempt at communication as a delaying tactic to allow them time to carry on their criminal activity and prepare their next network.
