AnimalSafe Inc. is one of a number of charity based frauds that play on the emotions of people to soften them up prior to them being sucked into money laundering fraud, in this case the position of 'Donates Manager' under the Vacancy tab which consists of, (surprise, surprise), accepting 'donations' into your private bank account and transferring them back out via Moneygram or Western Union. Even though they've been "fighting to protect wild nature for more than 20 years", their domain animalsafe.biz was only registered with Enom on June the 5th. 2008 and the registrant's email address from the whois data is admin@phillipsseymour.com which betrays these crooks origins, (see
Phillips & Seymoure Ltd. - the domain phillipsseymour.com was used for the fraud). They also have more than a passing resemblance to the Happy Kids and Happy Children fraudsters. Lastly there is the usual dodgy 'Runglish' such as "Be with us - Safe the Nature".

This fraud should not be confused with any other company of the same or similar name - the above website screenshot and the following fraud evidence refer to this company alone and no other.

Evidence of Criminal Fraud:

i) According to the AnimalSafe Inc. home page (linked screenshot above):

"More than 20 years we have been fighting to protect wild nature ".
However, their domain animalsafe.biz was only registered with ENOM, INC. (Rustelekom) on 05-Jun-2008. Mind, if you browse to an alternate 'Home' page here then they've been "saving wild animals for more than 30 years"... A lie upon a lie... Clear evidence of misrepresentation and fraud.

ii) The dreadful  English, spelling and grammar as shown in the linked screenshot above are self-evident. The rest of the site is no better.

ii) The
AnimalSafe Inc. website carries the following clear money mule criminal solicitation under the Vacancy tab:

Donates manager:

Requirements: male/female, from the age of 18, the countries of residence - Usa, Canada and United Kingdom. You should have a diploma of higher education.
Duties: Reception and transfer of donates to us in our offices. Reception is carried out on your bank account. Transfering of donates. More information about this vacancy you can ask by e-mail.
Conditions: Payment from 1500$/month. 3 times in a year we have a premium 800$ to each exelent colaborator

iii) That is a crystal clear illegal money mule function and on its own defines the company without doubt as criminal and bogus and is clear evidence of criminal fraud.

vi)
No legitimate company is going to advertise for this sort of illegal part time, 'work from home' 'donates' (sic) transfer position among the untrained, inexperienced and uncertified general population overseas, to do so defines the company as both bogus and criminal.

vii)
'Contact Us' Details from website:

Usa:
tel (585) 538-8003
fax (585) 428-5719

Russia:
tel (495) 345-5622
fax (495) 242-1156

Italy:
tel (06) 486-2476
fax (06) 487-2564

• -
They have no physical 'Contact Us' location - only the phone numbers and a webform. A genuine charity would have a physical location.

• - The phone number
(585) 538-8003 Googles as a New York (Caledonia) V92 internet dial-up number - Clear evidence of criminal fraud.

viii) The 'donations' address from the website
:

Make a donate now!

Since 1970, our fund has been a leader in the fight to win animals the legal protection they so desperately need — and deserve. Your generous support is vital to our continued success.

Mail in a Donation: donate@animalsafe.biz
AnimalSafe Inc. Fund
34 park-lake Ave.
San Diego, CA 92110

• - A zip-code lookup on the address 34 park-lake Ave. San Diego, CA 92110 shows that it does not exist. A check on Google maps confirms the fact that it is a fake address - Clear evidence of criminal fraud.

ix) The fact that they give a fake address for the donations shows that they are not interested in the relative peanuts that would generate - their real interest is in involving a mule in their money laundering activities at many thousands of dollars a time.

The above evidence clearly demonstrates beyond any doubt that the AnimalSafe Inc. website has been set up very recently by money laundering criminals purely for the purpose of spamvertising an illegal money laundering 'mule' job. If you are an abuse team that has received an abuse report regarding these fraudsters, please consider immediate termination of their services in view of the absolutely undeniable evidence of criminal activity - please don't delay - these criminals will not respond to any communication from you, (all their whois data is false), but will simply take advantage of any attempt at communication as a delaying tactic to allow them time to carry on their criminal activity and prepare their next network.
