This fraudster should not be confused with any other company that may have a similar name. The website graphics and the evidence below identify this criminal.

Ajax Delivery Service, Inc. is a re-shipping fraud job spamvertising website which is an identical content, (new template colour scheme), version of the Leading Delivery Service, Inc. fraudster - clear evidence of serial fraud. It makes no claims of having been around for a long time, in fact it claims to have only been founded last year (Jan 2008), but even so claim an unlikely worldwide capability considering that their domain was only registered with Russian registrar REGTIME LTD.(webnames.ru) on 16-dec-2008 for the usual 'criminal's domain' minimum period of only one year. Although supposedly based in the UK and Florida, they are not registered with the UK Companies House, nor are they listed on the Florida Taxable Business Entity register so they are irrefutably a fake company. They are also displaying a clearly fake, (non-clickable) Network Solutions Secure Site seal and a fake TIACA membership seal. The only purpose of the website is to lend an air of legitimacy to the inevitable spamvertised reshipping fraud job under the title "Regional Manager" which is hidden in a large list of other 'jobs'. Their previous alias was Leading Delivery Service, Inc., along with another related, (by site content), fraud alias of Norsten Logistics Ltd. They have absolutely no web presence and their location and contact details are bogus.

Evidence of Criminal Fraud:

i) The criminals claim to have been formed in January 2008, but their website domain ajaxdeliveryinc.com was only registered with REGTIME LTD. (Regtime.net) on 16-dec-2008 for the usual 'criminal's domain' minimum period of only one year. - a clear indication of misrepresentation and fraud.

ii) The criminals claim to have a corporate office in the UK but they are not registered with the UK Companies House - clear evidence of a fake company - check for yourself

iii) The criminals claim to have another corporate office in Orlando, FL, but they are not registered as a taxable entity in the state of Florida - Clear evidence of a fake company - check for yourself.

iv) A Google search for "Ajax Delivery Service, Inc." shows absolutely no web presence whatsoever for this particular company, apart from their own website of course, (and fake .pdf testimonials on their own site in which it can be clearly seen that the word 'Ajax' has been inserted into the text in a different font), which lends the lie to their claim of a worldwide capability. v) They are displaying a fake Network Solutions Secure Site seal on a non-secure page which should be clickable for verification purposes, but it is not, in fact it is simply a .gif image on the criminals own server - Clear evidence of fraud

vi) They are displaying a fake TIACA Membership certificate - a webcheck shows that they are not in fact members of the TIACA - Clear evidence of fraud - check for yourself.

There is no company by the name of Ajax Delivery Service, Inc registered in either the US state of Florida, or the UK Companies House, so the above location details are guaranteed to be bogus.

• - A Google search for the address "2501 N. Orange Ave. Suite 10, Orlando, FL" returns no hits for these criminals
• - A Google Maps Business search for the address "2501 N. Orange Ave. Orlando, FL" shows that it is clearly a medical facility, (The Florida Medical Plaza), with no such business as "Ajax Delivery Service, Inc" listed at the address.
• - A Google search for the telephone number "(407) 745-1406" returns no third party hits for these criminals, apart from the criminal's own fake website, of course.
• - A Google search for the Fax. number "(407) 386-3378" returns no third party hits for these criminals, apart from the criminal's own fake website, of course.
• - The UK address "9 Park Square East Leeds, West Yorkshire LS1 2LH" is the same fake address as used by the Leading Delivery Service, Inc. fraudster.
• - A UK Postcode business search finds no business of the name "Leading Delivery Service" in Leeds which is not surprising as it is not a UK registered company. Check for yourself.
• - The supposed headquarters address "9 Park Square East Leeds, West Yorkshire LS1 2LH" Googles as just a small block of rental office space - a delivery service would need warehouse space, not office space in a small block such as this.
• - The telephone number (0113) 243-1713 returns the message "The number you have dialled has not been recognised" when rung - it is clearly fake.

You do not get a more clearly fake set of location and contact details as the above - clear evidence of fraud.

viii) The fake website job: "Part-time work, EU and UK (all areas). Duties include control and organisation of parcels delivery from warehouses, and documenting of shipments".

stores/warehouses or directly from our clients, open the
parcels/packages and examine the goods visually for no defects, and
mail/ship/post the parcels/packages worldwide or directly to our
customers. You will receive prepaid shipping labels (or money) for
shipping for all
the parcels/packages so, you do not need to pay for anything. Most of
all we ship out the parcels/packages with help of the
USPS/UPS/DHL/FedEx. You will have your own account at our web site where

The above 'Regional Manager' job could not be clearer - it is a part-time, work from home job accepting parcels to your private address and forwarding them on to these crooks. It is the well recognised function of "re-shipping fraud". There is no genuine requirement for such a service and what the unfortunate 'dupe' may not realise is that the goods he has reshipped have been purchased by fraud, e.g. stolen credit card details or auction fraud and he will be the only traceable link in the chain. This fraud is well documented by many authoritative agencies, e.g. the United States Postal Service detail it here in a press release dating back to February 2005.

It amounts to handling stolen goods and such criminal activity will get you a visit from the police and possibly a criminal record - don't be tempted. Such a job is clear evidence of fraud - no legitimate company is going to entrust the job of 'shipping agent' to any John/Jane Doe recruited at random from the general public. If you are lucky the packages will contain the goods obtained from fraudulent EBay auctions or credit card fraud. If you are unlucky they could be drugs or anything at all.

The above evidence clearly demonstrates that the Ajax Delivery Service, Inc. website is a fraudulent website set up with intent to deceive. If you are an abuse team that has received an abuse report regarding these fraudsters, please consider immediate termination of their services in view of the absolutely undeniable evidence of criminal fraud - please don't delay - these criminals will not respond to any communication from you, (all their whois data is usually false), but will simply take advantage of any attempt at communication as a delaying tactic to allow them time to carry on their criminal activity and prepare their next network.
