This fraud should not be confused with any other company of the same or similar name - the above website screenshot and the following fraud evidence define and refer to this fake company alone and no other.

ADT Solutions Inc. is just another fake website used as a vehicle for money laundering fraud and phishing for personal details as part of the recruitment process for a bogus 'job'. They have an easily identifiable pedigree from their criminal registered nameservers NS1.ARNS.CC and NS2.ARNS.CC that link them to numerous other frauds such as Finance Corp International Inc., Business Care, First Global Road, Priority Global Road, and numerous other fraud sites so the criminality of this site is beyond question. Their domain adt-solutions.net was only registered with BIZCN.COM, INC. on 28-Jun-2008 which proves that their above claim to have been "launched in 1996" is a lie, as is their claim "ADT Solutions Solutions has grown into one of the largest national organizations of its kind."- they have no internet presence at all. Once again there's the dreadful annoying website 'muzak' that these crooks seem to favour, Oh, and the above site content is stolen and they have another fraud alias in Globe Group.

Evidence of Criminal Fraud:

i) From the above home page they claim to have been: "launched in 1996". However, the fraudster's domain adt-solutions.net was only registered with BIZCN.COM, INC. on 28-Jun-2008. Clear evidence of fraudulent misrepresentation.

ii) A Google search for "ADT Solutions Inc." shows that they have no internet presence at all apart from their own website which lends the lie to their bold statement "ADT Solutions delivers these services through a national network of approximately 100 franchise locations in over 30 states." and "Founded in 1996, ADT Solutions Solutions has grown into one of the largest national organizations of its kind". Clear evidence of fraud.

iii) The above ADT Solutions Inc. company profile has been stolen from this CMIT Solutions page.

iv) Their home page text has been stolen from this IT Solutions page.

v) They have no physical contact details at all on their website, not even a telephone number.

vi) They are hosted on exactly the same criminal registered nameservers, (ns1.arns.cc and ns2.arns.cc) and exactly the same IP address as the Business Care criminal fraudsters among many others which defines their criminal nature beyond any doubt:

The above evidence clearly demonstrates beyond any doubt that the ADT Solutions Inc. website has been set up very recently by criminals for the purpose of recruiting unsuspecting accomplices. If you are an abuse team that has received an abuse report regarding these fraudsters, please consider immediate termination of their services in view of the absolutely undeniable evidence of criminal activity - please don't delay - these criminals will not respond to any communication from you, (all their whois data is false), but will simply take advantage of any attempt at communication as a delaying tactic to allow them time to carry on their criminal activity and prepare their next network.
